Congratulations to Bluegrass Chapter member G. Herbert Pritchett, MAI, SRPA, SRA, who received the Appraisal Institute Volunteer of Distinction for the month of April.  Pritchett has been in the valuation profession for more than 40 years.

Congratulations – Kyle Shelton, MAI, recently received the Appraisal Institute MAI Designation!  He has made a commitment to advanced education, higher ethical requirements and elevated expectations for the appraisal profession as a whole.
