We are a fast growing residential real estate appraisal company looking for a responsible, organized, highly ethical, experienced, hardworking licensed real estate appraiser with an enthusiastic attitude.
Must be fully licensed appraiser- No trainees please!
You will need the right drive, work ethic and personality to be successful. We offer the very best residential R/E Appraisal work in the Louisville area. Candidate must be passionate about real estate appraising and committed to his/her craft.
This is a “fee split” opportunity that should yield between $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

Requirements:
- KY Certified Lic R/E Appraiser in good standing
- Highly ethical and unwavering professional
- Willing to commit long hours
- Be familiar with the Jefferson, Oldham, Spencer and Bullitt Cnty residential real estate market
- Excellent computer skills. Familiar with Ala Mode / Wintotal Software
- Valid Driver’s Lic / Auto Ins / E & O Ins
